Thanks to Aodรกn who represented our school at the launch of the 7-A-Side Football Blitz which will take place on the 9th of June in Fitzgerald Stadium. We are looking forward to participating in this annual event which always serves up very competitive, exciting games. ⚽️
Celebrations continued at assembly today where the girls football team was honoured for winning the county final on Wednesday. Thanks to the team for giving us so many reasons to celebrate this year.
We are all so proud of our girls football team who beat Faha NS in the 8/9 teacher Cumann na mBunscoil county final. For some of this team it’s their third county title this school year, for some of the girls it’s their second county title and for a few more it’s their first county title. What a talented bunch of players. We are thrilled to celebrate their success and we thank them for the glory and pride they have brought to our school. Congratulations to all the team ably captained by Doireann.
This week was Food Dudes Week and the whole-school enjoyed a great range of freshly delivered fruit and vegetables. It was a great opportunity for us to continue promoting healthy eating in the school.
