Karl won €500 for Holy Family N.S recently when he entered the school in a raffle at the Young Scientist Exhibition in Dublin. The prize money can be spent on a sustainable project in the school. Well done Karl! 👏👏

A wonderful day celebrating our grandparents took place during the week. Fr Pat had a lovely prayer service and our pupils performed songs and played music with their classes. Well done to all the boys and girls.
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our Green Schools ‘Action Day’ will take place on the Friday 26thJanuary 2024.
All children are asked to wear something blue as we are working towards flag 8- Global Citizenship- Marine Environment.
Each class will be completing lessons on the marine environment.
We are also using our ‘Action Day’ as an opportunity to have a ‘Single Use Plastic Free’ Day in our school. All students and staff are asked to make a conscious effort to choose sustainable ways of bringing their lunch to school. eg. reusuable bottles, paper bags when wrapping lunches.
