Meet our Active School Flag Committee Members!
There is a representative from each class from Juniors to Fifth class on the Active School committee. There are two representatives from Sixth class. There are also three teachers involved in the Active School’s committee, Ms O’ Donoghue, Mr Moynihan and Ms Dillane. The committee meets regularly and decides on how best to promote physical activity in the school. They do a great job encouraging and motivating the whole school community!

Visitors To Our School
We love to welcome members of our local community to celebrate their sporting and achievements with our students. It is always fun to welcome back past pupils to share their accomplishments and give us tips and encouragement to achieve our goals.
It was great to celebrate the achievements of our Rathmore hurlers.
We had huge celebrations in HFNS when we welcomed Rathmore Senior Ladies....Champions of the Bon's Secours Intermediate County Championship.
ASF Questionnaires
Our school distributed questionnaires this term to both pupils and parents. Many thanks to all who participated and to our ASC members Victoria and Christopher who helped the junior end of the school with their surveys. We discussed the feedback as a staff and at ASC meetings and will be implementing actions in response to our feedback. Also don't forget to use our ASF suggestions box near the front door of our school for any ideas or suggestions for our Active school committee, especially with Active Schools Week coming up.
