Students from HFNS donated hundreds of pairs of shoes to children in Africa. Subsequently, we were invited to participate in their campaign video. Well done to all the boys and girls involved in the video.

Congratulations to Tiernan Moynihan in Junior Infants who won the U7 category in the Credit Union art competition. His entry has been put forward for the Chapter finals this Saturday. Best of luck Tiernan!
We want to sincerely thank everyone who assisted with or contributed to our very successful fundraiser for Brian Lawlor. Our coffee morning/cake sale/raffle and line draw were very well supported. We are delighted to announce that we have raised €14,132.33. đ¤ŠA big congratulations to Anita O’ Connell who won our signed Kerry jersey.
Kindness Week was a huge success. So much kindness on display by all the pupils. Well done to everyone and keep it up. There was a little treat for everyone in school today but some children were lucky enough to win bigger prizes in their class raffle.

This week we celebrate Kindness Week in HFNS. Staff and pupils are witnessing lots of random acts of kindness. We hope parents are experiencing the same at home! Pupils are being awarded raffle tickets for demonstrating kindness. The Student Council members/Amber Flag Committee are also helping to identify lucky raffle ticket recipients with lots of prizes ready to be distributed on Friday.
First Class are very excited about the raffle Friday and have earned lots of kindness tickets. Well done everyone. đ
