Dear
Parents,
PARENTS COMMITTEE UPDATE:
A big thank you to our Parents Committee who
organised a clothes collection in the school.
We received 1,120kg. of clothes.
The money raised will be used to purchase iPads for the school for station
teaching.
Remember it is because of the fundraising efforts of
our Parents Committee that we have been able to fund:
1) Instrumental music for two terms
2) Drama for 6 weeks up to Christmas
3) Gymnastics for five weeks
4) Contributing about €1000 to our swimming
lessons. As a result of Parents
Committee subvention we will be able to maintain a price of €35 for 6 weeks
swimming lessons i.e. for transport and swimming lessons.
Our annual Table Quiz was held on
Thurs 11th April and the total proceeds came to €597.50. It was very well attended and a great
success. Thank you to everyone who helped out on the night.

We held a
no uniform day fundraiser for ‘Féile’ on Friday 12th April. It raised €295.90. Thank you to all who supported it.
